We’re sponoring a personal training giveaway over at Tipsy Society. Amanda, one of our clients, broke down the rules for us below. It runs from Now until Friday, June 25th, 2010.

Personal training lets you build up an individual; not necessarily the physical aspect, but you build up a person’s self esteem. Personal training is a corner stone for any type of success that you want.
Along with the social aspect of the business, meeting new people, hearing about different things — the diversity of the training — just being able to help build a person from the inside out.
A lot of times its just something as simple as combining two different exercises together. The main thing is, you want to keep it fresh because that’s what’s going to keep people motivated.
I try to do my training like I would want to be trained. I know most people, if they come in and the routine is always the same and gets to be robotic, it discourages them.
